Your Safety Is Our Concern

The vessel that will be taking your family (1-6 Passengers) and your loved ones remains is on a 37’ Grady White Express Cruiser. The boat is a very spacious and comfortable and has all the amenities and the reputation of being one of the most quality driven hand-crafted boats on the market today.

The ride is unmistakably considered to have one of the best and smoothest rides in its class, but even with its reputation of being one of the safest boats, the weather plays a major role in comfort.

The boat is berthed in a Marina approx. 1 nautical mile from Moriches Inlet. Our Journey most of the time will start around 8am on the day of your choosing and or availability. We can custom tailor the times, but usually during the am hours we have very light winds which make the journey of at least 3 miles offshore a lot more bearable for those who don’t have sea legs.

Shipboard Rules & Regulations 2020 Season Policy

While at sea, the captain is the sole authority aboard…At sea, leadership is very important for the comfort of passengers and the safe running of a vessel while under power, but social input is always welcome. The captain will be in command of the vessel at all times. What the captain recommends, happens. We want you to enjoy your voyage.

Restricted Items:

What Not to Bring and Not allowed on board: Illegal substances (nonprescription drugs or illicit drugs, medical or recreational marijuana (Even if legal-it’s not legal on the high seas), NO weapons of any kind are to be brought aboard the boat. Violators of this policy will be returned to the dock immediately and the trip cancelled without refund.

WEATHER POLICY:

Our most widely question asked is about the weather. We get a basic read on the extended forecast about 4-5 days prior to your booked date, but the final decision is made 24 hours prior to departure. We do everything in our power to stay in close contact with you in case we need to mutually amend a date or allow for mother-natures own course. Rain is not a problem, heavy wind and or sea conditions could pose a safety hazard—we want you to remember the event not the weather, so we carefully plan to make sure that all systems are a go about 24 hours before departure so you have the best experiance at sea possible.

Your safety at sea is our prime area of focus and concern. Should poor weather be forecasted or occur during your charter period, the Captain reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the sailing for the safety of the passengers and crew. Deposits are 100% refundable in this instance.
